Amazing service from FOM Mr Anwar and hotel crew,from Front Office,to room service, restaurant and housekeeping. Food was good. Bed is comfy. Great city view from window. Very good room cleanliness from all parts. Very warm service,fast check in process and check out. Food for breakfast has 8 dishes,plus noodle dish with selection of flavor items and condiments, toast and cereals,and unexpectedly kuih muih which have also been served to hotel guests. And also delicious tea or coffee or orange juice served, which easily to be obtained from the counter. The warm smile with such welcoming service, including from the male room service staff that served us,the restaurant's crew and the cook who manages both egg station and the dishes for breakfast,are really melting our hearts. And this hotel is located at middle of city,near to clinics,mall,shops and highway junction. All in one place. Definitely we will choose this place as our main choice of stay in future. Thank you.

Perfect location, very near to Sg Petani (S) exit. Friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and spacious. Many eateries nearby, some are within walking distance. Calming atmosphere in the hotel especially when the Al-Quran recital was played through the hotel PA System. I was surprised at first when I heard Surah Ar-Rahman being played. Alhamdulillah, keep it up :)

Well, I have to admit the warm welcome given by the receptionist and how professional they are. The manager himself assist me with his exceptional generous gesture. That moment I remembered I bring many bags and they offer to help me out with great care and caution. The location is also strategic as it's nearby to many local food.

Room is spacious, it is old hotel but very well maintained. Excellent bath tub. Room has fridge, kettle, ironing board, hairdryer all provided. Clean room overall. Many eateries near hotel and convenience store like 7E is also near hotel. Walk to the back of hotel there's the Petani Parade if want to go Parkson to get anything.

I saw a few improvements since my last stay in this hotel especially the cleanliness. Since I'm traveling with elderly this hotel serve the purpose as well. The main reason why I choose to stay at this hotel because it is adjacent to the main road and easy to access few area plus a lot of stall in this area.
